Business Continuity

Risk Management Group supports our clients in the performance of duties and responsibilities associated with information technology risk management, continuity and assessments/audits as they relate to information technology. The Risk Management team offers business continuity management and risk advisory services designed to identify and provide guidance on potential events which may impact the delivery of information technology services and provides managers with reasonable assurance that IT service objectives are being achieved.

Risk Management Services identifies management objectives and goals, determines risks, and assesses and evaluates risks. Risk assessments and reviews are conducted using risk and control frameworks based on standards and best practices. Risk assessments are used by management and Internal Audit to assist clients in ensuring their information technology and business systems are protected, controlled, and comply with various business requirements.

Disaster Recovery

The Risk Management Group assists clients in developing their business and disaster recovery plans with respect to information technology and other legal and regulatory requirements. Disaster recovery plans are reviewed annually and evaluated against industry standards and best practices. Assistance and consultation regarding the use of business impact analysis and business continuity and disaster recovery software are also provided. Additional services provided include policy development; education and training, business continuity/disaster recovery plan consultation, and special projects.
