The Project Management Group (PMG) provides customers with experienced, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, IT project managers for IT projects. The PMG utilizes a consistent approach for IT project management that is based upon the methods, techniques and best practices defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for IT project management. ACTG project managers have experience in the areas of business case analysis, business process re-engineering, application development and infrastructure development/deployment.
